		<description>If we aren&#039;t careful, we end up like Frankie.  Frankie wants to bring in a different clientele because he believes the current clientele is flawed.  So, Frankie tries to redecorate the front door to attract new people while taking steps to &quot;encourage&quot; those already inside to leave.  Like turning off the air conditioning, charging another cover fee and finally pulling the fire alarm and causing the sprinklers to go on.  However, Frankie doesn&#039;t realize that if you have a bunch of people going out the front door that hardly anybody is going to want to buck that crowd and try to get inside.</description>
