This past week I was convicted about praying too much. Not spending too much time in prayer, but doing to much of the "leading in prayer" at our church. A week ago we had a luncheon after worship. By the time I finally got there everyone was standing around starving, waiting for me to pray. How silly! Now I'm going to tell people that I've been convicted about holding them back on their spiritual growth. I'll be happy to pray second (or third, fourth, etc.), but other folks need to go first in church settings. Thanks for a helpful post.
